Grievance Procedures

Showing real intent to resolve workplace disputes results in a more invested and productive workforce. Delphi gives you a clearly defined grievance procedure to reconcile differences among colleagues and solve disputes between staff and management.

Raising and resolving STAFF GRIEVANCES

What do I do if a staff member raises a grievance or complaint?

Managing workplace disputes can be a difficult and time consuming task which can impact profitability.  With Delphi’s support, productivity can often be restored following a quick and fair resolution.

Your staff have a legal right to raise a complaint or grievance at work. So it is essential that you have an appropriate procedure in place, which sets out a clear structure to be followed when resolving disputes.

Our grievance policies follow the ACAS Code of Practice, but will also reflect the culture of your organisation.

Delphi can guide you through any staff complaints that may occur – including those centring on working conditions, contractual disputes, claims of bullying, discrimination or untoward behaviour, etc.

Should the matter become the subject of an employment tribunal claim, Delphi will be there to support and guide you through that process too.
